Ingredients

  • Cotton tofu : 1 chome
  • 片栗粉 : 適量
  • (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ2
  • (A) Mirin : 大さじ2
  • (A) Sake : 大さじ2
  • (A) Vinegar : 大さじ1
  • (A) Sesame oil : 小さじ1
  • にんにく : 3片
  • 生姜 : 1片
  • 砂糖 : 小さじ1
  • Leek : 1本
  • とうがらし : お好み

Procedure
