Ingredients
- Cotton tofu : 1 chome
- 片栗粉 : 適量
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ2
- (A) Mirin : 大さじ2
- (A) Sake : 大さじ2
- (A) Vinegar : 大さじ1
- (A) Sesame oil : 小さじ1
- にんにく : 3片
- 生姜 : 1片
- 砂糖 : 小さじ1
- Leek : 1本
- とうがらし : お好み

Wrap the cotton tofu in kitchen paper and drain it.

Grate a piece of garlic and 1/3 of ginger.
Heat in a 600w microwave for 60 seconds. -

Point
・ Vinegar becomes more delicious when you use vinegar.
・ If you are using sweet soy sauce, no sugar is required.
・ If you add bean sprouts boiled in a pan for about 30 seconds and shredded cucumber, it goes well with deep-fried chicken with soy sauce.
・ Be careful because tofu is fragile.
