Ingredients

Cotton tofu : 1 chome
片栗粉 : 適量
(A) Soy sauce : 大さじ2
(A) Mirin : 大さじ2
(A) Sake : 大さじ2
(A) Vinegar : 大さじ1

にんにく : 3片
生姜 : 1片
砂糖 : 小さじ1
Leek : 1本
