- Asage (miso and ingredients) : 1袋
- 酒 : 大さじ2
- 水 : 大さじ1

- 塩 : 少々
- 醤油 : 小さじ1
- Water (for cucumber) : 小さじ2
- 酢 : 小さじ1

Procedure

Season chicken breast

Wipe off the water from the chicken breast. Apply half the amount of miso on both sides, wrap it and let it sit for 60 minutes.

Pickle cucumber

Cut the cucumber into thin slices and sprinkle with salt. Put it in a seasoning bag, add the ingredients for the bag, water, soy sauce, and vinegar and let it blend in.

Point
