Ingredients

  • Chicken breast : 1 sheet
  • Asage (miso and ingredients) : 1袋
  • 酒 : 大さじ2
  • 水 : 大さじ1
  • キュウリ : 1本
  • 塩 : 少々
  • 醤油 : 小さじ1
  • Water (for cucumber) : 小さじ2
  • 酢 : 小さじ1

Procedure

  1. 1) Season chicken breast 00:18

    Wipe off the water from the chicken breast. Apply half the amount of miso on both sides, wrap it and let it sit for 60 minutes.

Point
