Ingredients
- water : 300g
- アガー : 8g
- Food coloring : 適量
- Rose syrup : 10g
- (A) Sugar : 450g
- (B) Sugar : Appropriate amount
- 油 : 適量

Put water and agar in a pan and heat for about 5 minutes.
Add the sugar from (A), mix and dissolve.
Add food coloring and rose syrup and heat on low heat for 10 minutes. -

Place in an oiled container and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Cut out the mold and sprinkle the whole with sugar (B).
Complete by letting it air dry for 2 to 7 days in the dark.
Point
・ It is also recommended to put it in a container and add another coloring agent.
・ It is also recommended to use a silicon mold instead of the container.
・ You can change the syrup and coloring to your liking.
・ If you use agar instead of gelatin, the finish will be more beautiful.
