Ingredients
- Dried strawberry : 20g
- （A）粉糖 : 10g
- （A）コーンスターチ : 1g
- 練乳 : 180g
- ココアパウダー : 60g

Grind strawberries into powder

Strain in a bowl and transfer 10g to another container.
Sift (A) into a bowl and mix. -

Mix condensed milk and flour

Put warm condensed milk in another bowl.
Sift half of the cocoa powder and mix.
Add the remaining dried strawberry and mix. -

Wrap 2 in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour to harden.
Cut it into pieces of your choice and sprinkle with 1 to complete.
Point
・ Dried strawberry can be changed to commercially available strawberry powder.
・ Cornstarch can be changed to potato starch.
・ Use cocoa powder that does not contain sugar.
・ Condensed milk should be heated in a microwave oven.
・ Dried strawberry may be powdered with a food processor.
