- (A)バター : 20g
- (A)醤油 : 小さじ1/2
- パルメザンチーズ : 30g
- (A)茹で汁 : 大さじ2〜
- 塩 : 適量
- 鰹節 : 少々
- チェダーチーズ : 適量
- 茹で汁(後入れ用) : 大さじ3

Procedure

Boil the pasta

Boil hot water (outside the amount) in a pan.
Add salt.
Add pasta and boil while mixing for 1 minute shorter than the indicated time. -

Put 1 and (A) in a bowl and mix with chopsticks or tongs.
Add parmesan cheese and mix.
Add the boiled soup (for post-filling), adjust and mix. -

Serve on a plate.
Shave the cheddar cheese.
Put dried bonito on it.
Point
・ The pasta is 1.6 mm.
・ Use 1% of hot water (not included in the amount) for salt.
・ By boiling the pasta while mixing in step 1, the pasta will not stick to each other.
・ The bowl used in step 2 should be warmed in a microwave oven with hot water or water in advance so that the pasta does not cool down.
・ At the end of step 2, taste and adjust the saltiness.
