Point
・ When freezing sugar-free noodles, discard the water inside before freezing. By freezing the noodles, the noodles become chewy and more satisfying to eat.
・ Zero sugar noodles can be used instead of rice, and adding oatmeal makes the flavor even better.
・ When frying, we recommend rolled oats that retain the texture. This time, I used the Bob's Let Mill.
・ Frozen green onions may be used.
