Point
・ When removing the sweet potato lye, change the water twice.
・ Be careful of burns when removing the wrap.

・ If the sweet potatoes are hot, the eggs will harden and damage the mixer, so cool them a little before putting them in.
・ Depending on the type of sweet potato, it may be difficult to turn the mixer. In that case, add 1 tablespoon of water to adjust.
・ A heat-resistant container of 14 x 14 x 6 cm is used.
・ Check the center of the dough as it is difficult for the fire to pass through.
