- 豚バラ肉 : 150g
- Bean sprouts : 1 bag
- にんじん : 40g
- ニラ : 1/2束
- (A) 鶏ガラスープの素 : 小さじ2
- (A) 料理酒 : 大さじ1
- (A) おろしにんにく : 少々
- (A) うま味調味料 : 少々
- (A) 塩胡椒 : 少々
- 醤油 : 1 tsp
- ごま油 : 適量
