Point
- Use your favorite fruit.
・If you add raw kiwi, etc., the color will improve.
・Cut off the edge of the box to use the milk carton.
・Lightly wash the milk carton with water.
・Uses agar that easily melts in the microwave.
・If you want to harden it, use 2g of powdered agar.
・Mix well so that the powderiness of agar does not remain.
・Chill with ice water to solidify little by little.
・It is good to put it in the milk liquid so that the color of the fruit does not overlap.
・Because milk liquid will be left over depending on the amount of fruit, put the rest in another container.
・Pour the milk liquid up to the 8th minute of the milk carton.
- Soy milk can be substituted for milk.
