Nice to meet you. My name is Kosei Iwanoue. I was born on August 28, 1985, and I am 38 years old. I am originally from Nagasaki Prefecture. I trained as a chef in Nagoya when I was 18, and started my own restaurant in Tokyo at the age of 24, running four restaurants. I have been doing corporate consulting and teaching cooking techniques, and now I run two restaurants after selling them. I have been a restaurant manager for 15 years and a chef for 20 years. I have published a book called "Professional Tips to Make Your Everyday Food 100 Times Tastier". I will do my best to deliver fun and useful videos to you through food.
