  • enoki mushrooms : 200g
  • shimeji mushrooms : 100g
  • king oyster mushroom : 100g
  • (A) water : 5 tablespoons
  • (A) sugar : 1 tablespoon
  • vinegar : 3 tablespoons
  • (B) Soy sauce : 5 tablespoons
  • (B) grated garlic : 小さじ1
  • (B) grated ginger : 小さじ1
  • (B) Bean Sauce : 小さじ1/2
  • ごま油 : 1 tablespoon
  • (C) white sesame : 1 tablespoon
  • (C) red pepper : 1本
  • (C) Small green onion : 1本
  • (C) Sesame oil : 大さじ1/2

Procedure
