Ingredients
- enoki mushrooms : 200g
- shimeji mushrooms : 100g
- king oyster mushroom : 100g
- (A) water : 5 tablespoons
- (A) sugar : 1 tablespoon
- vinegar : 3 tablespoons
- (B) Soy sauce : 5 tablespoons
- (B) grated garlic : 小さじ1
- (B) grated ginger : 小さじ1
- (B) Bean Sauce : 小さじ1/2
- ごま油 : 1 tablespoon
- (C) white sesame : 1 tablespoon
- (C) red pepper : 1本
- (C) Small green onion : 1本
- (C) Sesame oil : 大さじ1/2

Procedure

Put (A) in a pot and bring to a boil while stirring.
Add vinegar and heat until just before boiling.
Add (B) and mix. -

Cut off the roots of the enoki mushrooms and shimeji mushrooms and loosen them.
Cut the king oyster mushroom in half lengthwise and cut into thin slices of 5 mm width. -

Cut the pepper in half with scissors.
Remove the seeds inside and cut into rings.
Cut the green onion into small pieces. -

Pour sesame oil into a frying pan and heat over medium heat.

・You can use any kind of mushrooms you like.
・If you don't like spicy food, you don't have to use bean sauce.
・By heating after adding vinegar, the acidity is removed.
・Bake until the mushrooms are browned for a fragrant finish.
