Cut the chocolate into small pieces and place in a large bowl.
Boil and melt the chocolate.
While stirring with a rubber spatula, remove from the hot water bath when the chocolate melts and becomes smooth. -

Crack the room temperature eggs into a bowl and beat well.
After confirming that the rough heat in 1 has been removed, add the eggs in 3 batches and mix well each time. -

Bake in the oven at 170°C for 25 minutes. -

Point
・Use a 15cm x 15cm square mold. When using a round type, it is good to use a 15cm or 18cmn one.
・In the video, 3 bitter chocolates and 2 milk chocolates are used, but you can use whatever you like.
・Cut the chocolate into small pieces to make it easier to melt.
・When mixing eggs and chocolate, stir from the center to avoid lumps.
・Powdered sugar can be used instead of cocoa powder.
