Ingredients

- Doubanjiang : 1/2 teaspoon / sugar: 0.2g
- Salt and pepper : a little
- Sesame oil : Appropriate amount

Cut off the root of the leek and then cut it into a size that is easy to eat.

Put the bean sprouts in a colander and wash them thoroughly with running water.
