Ingredients
- 豆腐 : 1 piece (300g)
- 玉ねぎ : 1/2個(148.8g)

Wrap the tofu in kitchen paper and place in a heatproof bowl.
Heat in a 500w microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
Take out the tofu and cut it into 8 pieces. -

Any type of meat can be substituted for the pork belly. Lean meat is good.
・Draining the tofu in the microwave makes it easier for the flavor to permeate into the tofu.
・When cutting the tofu, let it cool before cutting.
・Once the simmered dish is complete, let it cool down to allow the flavors to permeate easily.
・The seasoning should be made with a ratio of 4 water: 1 soy sauce: 1 mirin: 0.5 sugar.
・Sugar can be reduced to 1.5 tbsp.
