Point
・If you prefer soft kiriboshi daikon radishes, it is better to rehydrate or simmer for a long time.
・If you prefer hard kiriboshi daikon, simmer it over high heat.
・If you are not sure how much seasoning to use, start with about 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning and adjust to your desired strength.
・Add shredded shiitake mushrooms, deep-fried fish cakes, fried tofu, etc. to increase the nutritional value.
・If you want to add sweetness, add sugar or honey after adding dashi soy sauce.
