- 溶かしバター(無塩) : 90g
- クリームチーズ : 200g
- 卵黄 : 2個
- グラニュー糖 : 60g
- 生クリーム : 200g
- 粉ゼラチン : 5g
- 水 : 30g
- Cookies (for biscuit paste) : 4枚
- コーヒー : 50cc
- ココアパウダー : 適量
