- Minced pork : 100g
- Leek : One

- sweet sake : 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce : 2 tablespoons
- sugar : 1 tablespoon
- Grated ginger : 1/2 tbsp

Prepare the ingredients

Wrap the fried tofu in kitchen paper, remove excess oil, cut the middle in half, and then cut into 1 cm width.
Slice the green onions. -

Mix sake, mirin, soy sauce, sugar and grated ginger well.

Fry the ingredients

Add oil to a frying pan and fry the minced meat. When cooked, add thick fried tofu and fry.
Add the sauce from 2) and entangle well.
Serve on a plate, sprinkle with the green onions sliced in 1), and you're done!
Point
Atsuage is used by wrapping it in kitchen paper to remove excess oil.
Sliced green onions should not be fried together, but should be served at the end and then sprinkled for better taste and texture.
If you prefer spicy food, you can eat it with shichimi pepper or a little mustard.
