- (A)みりん : 大さじ3
- (A)醤油 : 100ml
- grated garlic : 小さじ1/2
- ごま油 : 小さじ1
- 水 : 2ℓ

In a deep pot, bring water to a boil and add salt.
Add only the chive stems to the pot and boil for 10 seconds.
Add whole chives to the pot and boil for 10 seconds.
Remove the chives from the pan and place them in ice water. -
