Ingredients

  • Somen : 1 bundle
  • 豚バラ肉 : 50g
  • (A)めんつゆ : 大さじ3
  • (A)酒 : 大さじ3
  • 氷 : 3〜5個
  • (B)ニンニクチューブ : 小さじ1
  • (B)ごま油 : 小さじ1
  • きゅうり : 適量
  • ゆで卵 : 1/2個
  • 白髪ネギ : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) Make pork belly char siu 00:50

    Add (A) to the pork belly.
    Cover with plastic wrap and heat in the microwave for 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
    Remove from heat and add ice to cool.
    Add (B) and mix.

  2. 2) boil somen noodles 02:14

    Boil hot water (not listed) in a pot and add the somen noodles.

    Drain.
