Ingredients
- Somen : 1 bundle
- 豚バラ肉 : 50g
- (A)めんつゆ : 大さじ3
- (A)酒 : 大さじ3
- 氷 : 3〜5個
- (B)ニンニクチューブ : 小さじ1
- (B)ごま油 : 小さじ1
- きゅうり : 適量
- ゆで卵 : 1/2個
- 白髪ネギ : 適量

Remove from heat and add ice to cool.
Add (B) and mix. -
