Point

・Do not use chestnuts that float when soaked in water, as insects can come out.
- Ripening chestnuts in the refrigerator increases their sweetness, so if you have time, it is best to let them ripen for 3 to 4 weeks.
・When peeling the skin of a chestnut, it is best to make a small slit with a knife on the butt, then on the left and right sides, then hook the skin with the knife and peel it.
- Preparing chestnuts takes time, so it's best to finish step 1 when you have time and freeze them.
・Adzuki beans are usually boiled, but since modern azuki beans have less bitterness, I omitted the boiling process this time.
・Rice easily absorbs water, so discard the water as soon as possible when sharpening it for the first time.
・If you have time, it is a good idea to soak the rice for about 30 minutes.
・Even if the rice cooker has a function for cooking sticky rice or rice, it is basically used for cooking white rice.
