  • (A) Light flour : 適量
  • (A)グラニュー糖 : 適量
  • (A)アーモンドパウダー : 適量
  • (A)抹茶粉 : 適量
  • 卵白 : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) 生地をつくる 00:26

    Sift (A) into a bowl and mix.
    Add egg whites to the bowl and mix.

  2. 2) 焦がしバターをつくる 01:28

    鍋にバターを入れ加熱する。
    水を入れたボウルに鍋を入れ冷やす。

  3. 3) 生地を仕上げる 02:20

    1のボウルに2の焦がしバターを加え混ぜ合わせる。
    ボウルにラップをかけ冷蔵庫で1時間以上冷やす。

  4. 4) 生地を焼く 03:30

    型に柔らくなったバター(分量外)を塗る。
    3の生地を絞り袋に入れ型に流し入れる。
    200度のオーブンで10分焼いて完成。

Point

・Do not burn the butter too much so as not to spoil the taste of the matcha.
・Cool the burnt butter to about 50 degrees.
・Use a rubber spatula to remove any batter stuck to the sides of the bowl.
・If you apply strong flour after applying butter to the mold, the dough will not stick to the mold.
・Pour the batter until the 8th to 9th minute of the mold. If there is less batter, it will burn more easily.
