- (A) Strong flour : 100g
- (A)Baking powder : 2g
- (A) Cane sugar : 20g
- (A) Salt : ふたつまみ
- 生クリーム : 100ml
- りんご : 1個
- グラニュー糖 : 15g
- バター : 15g

Add (A) to a bowl and mix well.
Add fresh cream and mix.
Take it out onto a bread kneading board and use a card to collect the dough and press it from above to bring the dough together.
When it comes together, cut it in half, stack one half on top of the other, and press down to make it flat. Repeat this 5 times.
Sprinkle with flour and use a cotton swab to roll out into a 22cm circle.
Place on a cookie sheet.
Preheat the oven to 190℃. -

Peel the apple, cut into quarters, and cut lengthwise into 3mm thick pieces.
Cut the butter into 1cm cubes.
Leave a 2cm gap at the edge of the dough from Step 1 and line up the cut apples.
Fold in the edges of the dough, leaving 2 cm left.
Place cubed butter here and there and sprinkle sugar on top. -

Bake in an oven heated to 190℃ for 22 minutes.
Cut it up and place it on a plate and it's done.

- Granulated sugar may be used instead of cane sugar.
・The fresh cream may be vegetable-based whipped cream.
・When forming into a rectangle, arrange the apples vertically.
・Any kind of apple can be delicious.
- Make pleats at the edges of the dough, like making a tart without a mold.
