Ingredients

  • (A) Strong flour : 100g
  • (A)Baking powder : 2g
  • (A) Cane sugar : 20g
  • (A) Salt : ふたつまみ
  • 生クリーム : 100ml
  • りんご : 1個

  • バター : 15g

Procedure

    Add (A) to a bowl and mix well.
    Add fresh cream and mix.
    Take it out onto a bread kneading board and use a card to collect the dough and press it from above to bring the dough together.
