Ingredients
- (A)グラニュー糖 : 60g
- (A)水 : 大さじ1
- お湯 : 大さじ1
- かぼちゃ : 200g
- 塩 : ひとつまみ
- 砂糖 : 50g
- 卵 : 3個
- (B)生クリーム : 140ml
- (B)牛乳 : 120ml
- (B)加糖練乳 : 30g
- 生クリーム(トッピング用) : 60ml

お皿の上で容器を逆さまにし、かぼちゃプリンを取り外す。

生クリーム(トッピング用)を容器などに入れ、ハンドミキサーで泡立てる。
かぼちゃプリンに添えて完成。
Point
・Preheat the oven to 150 degrees.
・The mold used is 7cm x 16cm.
・When making caramel, you are less likely to make a mistake if you use granulated sugar.
・When you add hot water in step 1, cover it immediately as it will splash.
・The pumpkin should be heated until it can be pierced with a bamboo skewer.
