Ingredients

  • Cotton tofu : 1 to 1.5
  • beef : 200g
  • onion : 1 piece
  • Shiitake : Four
  • Enoki : 100g

  • (A) Sake : 4 tbsp
  • (A) Soy sauce : 5 tbsp
  • (A) Water : 100ml
