Ingredients
- Somen : 1 bundle
- Mentsuyu (3 times concentrated) : 100ml
- water : 350-400 ml
- tomato : 1 piece
- Olive oil : 2 tablespoons
- cucumber : 1/2
- Kaiware : 1/2 pack
- egg : 2 pieces
- milk : 2 teaspoons
- salt : a little
- Ham : 4 sheets

Point
・ Tomato soup stock, which is usually taken with boiling water, is done in a simple form like water soup stock. Therefore, soak in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, preferably for an hour and a half.
・ By pickling tomatoes, the refreshing sensation such as sourness of tomatoes exudes and becomes delicious.
・ If the tomatoes are soaked for a short time, the tomatoes will not taste good, so be careful.
・ Adjust the amount of water to your liking. 400ml is recommended.
