Procedure

Preparing carrots

Peel the carrots and cut the stems and roots.
Sprinkle salt (not listed) all over.
Wrap in plastic wrap and heat in a 600W microwave for 4 to 5 minutes. -

Remove the core from the garlic and cut into 1mm thick pieces.
Coarsely chop the mixed nuts.
Remove the plastic wrap from the carrots heated in the microwave, cut them in half lengthwise, and sprinkle with seasoning salt (not listed). -

Add garlic and olive oil to a frying pan until fragrant.
Once the garlic turns light brown, take it out.
Arrange the carrots, cut side down, in the frying pan.
Add rosemary, cover, and cook over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes.
Once the carrots are browned, flip them over and reduce the heat to low.
Check for doneness by piercing with a knife.
If the heat is weak, cover again and cook over low heat for 4 to 5 minutes.
Once browned, add the butter and remove the rosemary.
Tilt the frying pan and scoop out the melted butter with a spoon, swirling it around the carrots and frying them on both sides.
Once the carrots are browned and the butter is fragrant, add the lemon juice.
Add mixed nuts and black pepper. -

Point
・The amount of olive oil should be just enough to cover the carrots.
・By letting the carrots soak up the garlic-scented olive oil, the aroma will transfer and it will become more delicious.
・When frying carrots in a frying pan, we recommend frying a whole garlic clove with the skin on, as this will further spread the garlic flavor.
・In the video, I use mixed nuts with dried fruit, but you can also use just nuts.
・If you don't like nuts, you can eat without mixed nuts.
