    Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the beef and stir.
    When the beef is browned, add the onions and stir-fry.
    When the beef is cooked, add ketchup and stir-fry.

Point

・フライパンを2つ使用しているが、1つのフライパンで作る場合は、深めのフライパンか鍋で作るとよい。
・(A)を加えて煮詰める際、赤ワインのアルコールを飛ばすように煮詰める。
・水を少量ずつ加える際、とろみがついてきたら残りの水を全量加える。
・仕上げにお好みで乾燥パセリをかけてもよい。
