Ingredients
- Unsalted butter : 65g
- 砂糖 : 40g
- 卵 : 1個
- 薄力粉 : 80g

Cut the butter into small pieces and place in a heatproof bowl.
Heat in a 500W microwave for 10 to 20 seconds.
Make a paste with a rubber spatula. -

Mix thoroughly with a whisk.
Once it becomes a paste, add the beaten egg in three parts.
Add the flour and cocoa powder, shaking them in a colander.
Mix with a rubber spatula until it no longer feels powdery. -

Transfer the dough onto a cookie sheet.
Fold the parchment paper over the dough.
Press the dough with your hands to stretch it out a little.
Fold the parchment paper and wrap it around the dough.

・Be careful not to heat the butter too much as it will melt.
・When adding the beaten eggs, stir each time.
・If the dough becomes too soft in step 4, it will be difficult to shape, so if it becomes soft, wrap it in parchment paper and chill it again in the refrigerator. (If you don't have time, chill it in the freezer for about 5 minutes)
・If baking in the oven, bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
