- (A)Mayonnaise : 大さじ1
- (A)Mirin : 大さじ1
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1

Peel the new onions, remove the heads and roots, and cut into thin slices.
Cut the firm tofu into bite-sized pieces. -

Add oil to a frying pan and fry the spring onions.
Add 1 firm tofu and stir fry.
Push the ingredients around to open up the center of the frying pan, then add (A) in order.
Stir with chopsticks to dissolve the mayonnaise, then stir the whole mixture using a wooden spatula.
Stir-fry the ingredients while mixing the seasonings until well combined. -
