Ingredients
- Minced pork : 100g
- (A) Yakiniku sauce : 2 tablespoons
- (A) Gochujang : 1/2 to 1 tbsp
- rice : 2 cups of tea bowl
- Bean sprouts : 1 bag
- Chinese chive : 1/2 bundle
- Carrots : 5 cm
- (B) Chicken glass soup base : 1/2 tbsp
- (B) Sesame oil : 1/2 tbsp
- (B) Salt : A pinch
- egg : 1 piece
- White sesame : as you like
- Thread pepper : as you like

Wash the bean sprouts and put them in a heat-resistant bowl.
Cut the leek into small pieces and place them on the bean sprouts.
Cut the carrots into julienne and place on the leek.
Wrap gently and heat in a 600W microwave for 5 minutes. -

Point
・ The warmer the rice, the easier it is to fry, so if you use cold rice, you should heat it in the microwave before using it.
・ If you like spicy seasoning, increase the amount of gochujang.
・ By leaving the rice on low heat, it will be browned and fragrant.
・ If you have a lot of namul vegetables, there is no problem with the amount of seasoning as long as the ratio of the amount of chicken glass soup and the amount of sesame oil is 1: 1.
・ Recommended for dinner and lunch.
