- Mentsuyu (double concentrated) : 4 tbsp
- lemon juice : 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil : 3 tbsp
- Radish sprouts : 1 pack
- Somen : For 2 people

Wash the ginger, chop it, and chop the Japanese ginger into small pieces.
