- (A) Dark soy sauce : 150ml
- (A) Sake : 50ml
- (A) Honey : 1/2 teaspoon
- (A) Grated garlic : 1 tsp
- (A) Grated ginger : 1 tsp

- Soft-boiled eggs : as you like
- Small onion : as you like
