Ingredients
- egg : Three
- Sugar (for dough) : 90g
- Vanilla extract : Appropriate amount
- Pancake mix : 50g
- milk : 150g
- Fresh cream : 200g
- butter : Appropriate amount
- Sugar (for caramel sauce) : 60g
- Water (for caramel sauce) : 3 tbsp

Break the egg into a bowl and mix with a whisk. After foaming to some extent, add sugar and vanilla extract, and sift the pancake mix. Mix with a whisk until no more powdery.
Add milk and fresh cream and mix gently with a rubber spatula. -
