  • White chocolate : 200g
  • Fresh cream : 120g
  • Unsalted butter : 20g
  • Matcha powder : 12g
  • Biscuits (for cookie tarts) : 80g
  • Unsalted butter (for cookie tarts) : 50g

Procedure
