Ingredients

  • (A) Cake flour : 120g
  • (A) Strong powder : 30g
  • (A) Water : 70ml
  • water : 1L
  • Dashi pack (or granule dashi stock) : Appropriate amount
  • Chinese cabbage : 1/8 piece
  • Daikon radish : 1/4
  • Carrots : 1/2
  • Shimeji mushroom : 1/2 share
  • pumpkin : 1/4 piece
  • Fried tofu : 1 sheet
  • pork : 100-150g
  • Miso : 4 tbsp
  • Japanese leek : Appropriate amount

Procedure

    Prepare a large bowl, add (A) and mix with a spatula.
    When the dough comes together, knead it well by hand.

・ If the dough is difficult to put together, add water little by little and knead until it comes together.
・ Add radish and carrots from water to soften them and boil them.
・ Adjust the amount of miso to add while checking the taste to your liking.
・ If the miso is boiled, the flavor will be impaired, so add it last.
