Ingredients
- Oreo : 2 pieces
- Hot water : 80㏄
- sugar : 4 tbsp
- Instant coffee : 1 tbsp and 1/2 tbsp
- milk : 2 tablespoons
- ice : 30 pieces (300g)
- Chocolate sauce : as you like
- Whipping cream : 100㏄

Crush the oreo

Put Oreo in a plastic bag and beat it with a rolling pin from the top of the bag to roughly crush it.

Put boiling water, sugar, and instant coffee in a heat-resistant container and melt it to melt the coffee.
Add milk and let cool for about 10 minutes until the heat is removed.
Place in the freezer and cool quickly for about 10 minutes. -
