  • Shiratamako (for Mitarashi dumplings) : 50g
  • Joshinko (for Mitarashi dumplings) : 100g
  • Hot water (for Mitarashi dumplings) : 50ml
  • (A) Brown sugar : 3 tbsp
  • (A) Soy sauce : 1 tablespoon
  • (A) Water : 100ml
  • (A) Potato starch : 2 tsp
  • Silken tofu (small) (for sesame dumplings) : 1 pack (150g)
  • Shiratamako (for sesame dumplings) : 50g
  • Joshinko (for sesame dumplings) : 100g
  • Hot water (for sesame dumplings) : 50ml
  • Koshigyo : 200g
  • Black sesame seeds : 2 tablespoons
  • White sesame : 50g
  • Fried oil : Appropriate amount
