Ingredients
- Minced beef : 300g
- Onions (chopped) : 150g

- (A) Dark soy sauce : 60cc
- (A) Mirin : 60cc
- (A) Sugar : 10g
- (A) Grated ginger : 5g
- egg : 5 pieces
- Salt (for scrambled eggs) : a little

- Shredded Nori Laver : Appropriate amount
