Cut the radish into pieces about 2 cm thick, peel and chamfer.
Put a decorative knife and cut into 4 equal parts. -

Slice the ginger into thin slices.
Cut the green onions into small pieces. -

Add the mackerel can with the juice, cover with a cooking sheet, and simmer over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
Turn off the heat and let it cool.
Warm just before eating and serve in a bowl.
