- egg yolk : 1 piece
- (A) Cake flour : 120g
- (A) Baking powder : 1g
- Granulated sugar : 2 tablespoons
- salt : 1 tsp

Put butter in a bowl and mix with a whisk.
Add sugar and mix until white.
Add egg yolk and mix well.
Add (A) while shaking and mix with a rubber spatula until the powder is gone. -

Let it sit in the freezer for 15-20 minutes. -

Point
・ Bring unsalted butter to room temperature in advance.
