- Maitake mushroom : 1 pack
- Shiitake : Four
- carrot : 1/3
- chicken : 200g
- Ginger : a little
- Burdock burdock : 1/2 bag
- Fried chopped : 1 pack
- (A) Soy sauce : 3 tbsp
- (A) Mirin : 2 tablespoons
- (A) Sake : 2 tablespoons
- (A) Chin dashi (for vegetables) : 1 tablespoon
- (A) Sugar : 1 tablespoon
- Chin broth (for chicken) : 1/2 tbsp
- dashi of Katsuo : 3g

Wash the rice and glutinous rice and let it absorb water for about 30 minutes. Loosen the Maitake mushrooms, and remove the stones from the shiitake mushrooms and slice them. Peel the carrots and cut them into strips. Drain the burdock root and drain the fried burdock root. Cut the ginger into julienne. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.

Put the vegetables in a bowl, put (A) in it and rub it in by hand. Add the dashi stock to the chicken, mix and leave for about 5 minutes.

Discard the water from the rice, put the liquid in the bowl of vegetables into the kettle, add the water slightly below the scale of the rice cooker, add the bonito stock, put all the ingredients on it, and cook the rice. Once cooked, mix and it's done.

Recommended for cooked rice without using glutinous rice.
It's delicious even if you put ginger on it after squeezing it in a bowl.
Rice balls are also recommended as they are delicious even when cold.
The chicken may be thigh or breast.
