Put the dough in a piping bag and squeeze it into a donut shape on a parchment paper. -

Put oil in a frying pan to a depth of about 1 cm and heat it to 170 degrees.
Reduce the heat to low and fry the donuts together with the parchment paper. When the bottom is burnt, turn it over, fry the other side, and peel off the sheet. -

Point
・ If the dough is too hard, it will be difficult for the donut to come out when the donuts are molded in a piping bag later, so adjust the hardness of the dough by adding milk as appropriate.
・ If you do not have a piping bag or mouthpiece, put the dough in a plastic bag and cut the corners of the bag to replace the squeezer.
・ When using a plastic bag, first cut the cut into small pieces, check how the dough comes out, and adjust the size of the cut.
・ Because it is fried, a small amount of oil is enough.
・ When the temperature of the oil is 170 degrees, fine bubbles come out from the whole when you put the chopsticks in the oil. When large bubbles come out vigorously, the temperature is over 180 degrees, so it is a good idea to use it as a guide.
・ You may top it with powdered sugar or chocolate. The chocolate is chopped and melted in a water bath, soaked in the melted chocolate, the surface of the donut is coated with chocolate, and the decoration is applied on it.
