Ingredients

  • Potato (Baron potato) : 500g (about 3-4 pieces)
  • onion : 1 piece (about 250g)
  • Beef (cut off or chopped) : 150-200g
  • Thread konjac (Shirataki) : 100g
  • Silk pod : 10 sheets
  • Salad oil : 1 tsp
  • water : 300ml
  • Dark soy sauce : 4-4 tbsp and 1/2 tbsp
  • sweet sake : 3 tbsp
  • Liquor : 3 tbsp
  • sugar : 3 tbsp

Procedure

    Peel the potatoes and onions, cut the potatoes into 3 cm square pieces, and cut the onions into combs 1 to 1.5 cm wide.
    Cut the thread konjac into half to one-third the length and boil it lightly in boiling water.
