    タコ、ウインナー、チーズなどを約24個分お好みの具材を切っておく。

    高温で温めたたこ焼き器に油をひき、スプーンですくいながら材料を流し入れる。穴の2/3ほど入れたら、切っておいた具材を入れる。

    上からさらに、混ぜ合わせた材料を流し入れ、焼き目がついたら、竹串などで生地を転がす。油を少量入れて、焼き上げる。

    全体がこんがり焼けたら、お皿に取り出す。
    たこ焼きソース、マヨネーズ、お好みで青のり、カツオの削り節を振りかけて完成。
