Point
                            ・ Persimmons with shafts are often sold at agricultural products direct sales offices for dried persimmons.
・ Because it is exposed to the wind and sunlight outside, we recommend a string that is as hard to cut as possible.
・ Be careful not to remove the shaft when peeling.
・ Soaking in boiling water makes it difficult for mold to grow.
・ If you start to dry when the temperature is high, you may get moldy, so it is better to make it when the minimum temperature reaches about 10 ℃, about the end of October. You can also dry it on the clothesline under the eaves on the south side.
・ Even in the process of drying for 1 to 2 weeks, if you rub the persimmon once in a while, it will be a soft and palatable dried persimmon.
