Cut off the mushrooms and shimeji mushrooms and loosen them into a size that is easy to eat.
Cut the trumpet mushrooms in half vertically and horizontally and cut into small pieces.
Cut off the enoki mushrooms, break them by hand, and divide them into 3 equal parts.
For fried tofu, wipe off excess oil with kitchen paper, cut it in half vertically, and then cut it into 5 mm widths.
Cut the carrots into julienne.
Peel chicken thighs and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Sharpen the rice and soak it in water for about 30 minutes. -

Point
・ Use your favorite mushrooms. Adding two or more types will increase the taste.
・ Fried oil contains umami, but if you are concerned, wipe it with kitchen paper.
・ Since the white streaks of chicken thigh are hard, put a knife between the body and the skin to remove it.
・ If you are not good at peeling chicken thigh skin, it contains a lot of umami, so stir-fry and cook it together.
・ The seasoning for frying mushrooms is a ratio of 4: 1 tablespoon of dried bonito: 1: soy sauce: 1 mirin to 1 go of rice.
・ When putting ingredients in the rice cooker, put them on rice and do not mix them. If the ingredients and rice are mixed, the rice will not cook.
・ When the rice is cooked, cut it into crosses with a rice scoop and loosen each section so that it is lifted from the bottom.
