Add while straining to 1 and cover with aluminum foil. -

鍋にお湯を沸かし、3を入れて弱火で8分蒸す。
蓋をして火を止め、10分蒸して取り出す。
粗熱を取り、冷蔵庫で6時間程冷やしたら完成。
Point
