- (A) Egg : 2個
- (A) Lacanto : 20g

- (B) Almond powder : 20g
- (B) Okara powder : 20g
- (C) Baking powder : 5g
- (C) Walnut : 30g
- (C) Cinnamon powder : 少々(お好みで)
- Coconut milk powder : 少々

Put the banana in a bowl and crush it with a fork.
Add (A) and mix well.
Heat coconut oil in the microwave for 30 seconds, add to 1 and mix.
Add (B) and (C) in order and mix.
Add half the walnuts. -
