 - Red pickled ginger : 20g
 - shrimp : 4 tails
 - squid : 60g
 - Mochi : 50g

 - (A) Cheese : 60g
 - (A) Tenkasu : 20g
 - (B) Okonomiyaki flour : 50g
 - (B) Egg : 2 pieces
 - (B) Water : 30g
 - (C) Otafuku sauce : 適量
 - (C) Mayonnaise : 適量
 - (C) Katsuobushi : 適量
 - (C) Green laver : 適量

Cut shrimp, squid, and rice cake into 2 cm squares.

Point
                            ・ If shrimp, squid, and rice cake are too small, they will lose their texture, and if they are too large, they will crack.
・ Remove the back of the shrimp.
・ Mix the dough so that it contains air.
・ When grilling pork ribs, spread them in a round shape so that they have the shape of okonomiyaki.
・ If there is a lot of oil, wipe it off.
・ It is better to grill pork ribs crispy.
