- (A) 塩 : ふたつまみ
- 水 : 30g
- 太白ごま油 : 45g

Put (A) in a plastic bag and shake the bag to mix.

Put water and white sesame oil in a bowl and mix.
Add 1 and mix, knead to make a lump. -

Take out the dough, flatten it and cut it in half.
Repeat the same process 5 times to stretch the dough.
Refrigerate for about 15 minutes and divide into 12 equal parts. -

天板に並べ、9ヶ所程竹串で穴を開ける。
170℃に予熱したオーブンで、24分焼いたら完成。
Point
・ Taishiro sesame oil can be changed to oil with no peculiarity such as rice oil.
・ When mixing water and white sesame oil, emulsify well.
・ The dough should be molded to a size of 20 x 15 cm.
・ When storing in the refrigerator, put it in a closed container.
・ It is good to put jam and butter after removing the rough heat.
